Chef's specials include two
completely garnished dishes dedicated to the King and Queen
of Thailand.The king's dish combines marinated chicken
breast with peanut sauce, curried fried rice and the
wonderfully cooling cucumber salad.
For the queen, jumbo shrimp and minced chicken are
stir-fried with ginger, onions, mushroom and green peppers
in a light brown sauce atop steamed tofu.
